| Located three
miles east of Ligonier on Route 30, the Compass Inn Museum is a restored stage coach stop
built in 1799. Guided tours include
the stagecoach furnished with period pieces, the cookhouse with a beehive oven, the
blacksmith shop with working forge, and barn housing a stagecoach and Conestoga wagon. An
admission fee is charged.
Hours:
The museum is open from May through October. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00
